Tungsten is used in the production of darts beause of its high weigh to vlume ratio. The higher the percentage of tungsten, the limmer the dart. This is desired by the serious shooter for tighter groups resulting in higher scores. The Atlantis and Magnum are made from 95% and 97% tungsten respectively, and the dart ranges are comprised of a series of barrels which have been optimum scoring potential of high density tungsten.
